Symptom:
(public)		 There are few students in H1 when we print their progress report, it reflect subject that they are not taking. Their progress report generated from 'Print All' and generated from Form Teacher Assessment is different, latter is the is in correct format.

Solution:
(public)		 The student has different subjects in Term 1 and Term 2. But before starting the assessment for term 2, the assessment for term 1 is not yet finalized, and subjects not yet reselected.

Form Teacher Assessment page shows current subject selection, and Score Search shows actual assessment record for the term.

Please always re-select subjects only after assessment for previous term is finalized, that is, make sure subject selection, assessment and finalization are for the same term.

Now, a workaround is to finalize the assessment for term 2 for this student to clear the assessment for subject not selected, then undo.

To prevent this from happening again, the system will be updated to prompt the user to finalize previous assessment before re-selecting subjects.
